    Doug Bazley OK I am not happy with these guys just brought second set of tires, took my wheels in to have tires fitted black BMW alloys not a mark on them left them for and hour came back they were ready to go loaded in car and drove home when I took them out and couldnt believe what I saw the bead was scratched down to the alloy even to the point flakes of alloy were sitting on the side wall of the tire I called theft manager James and he said he also noticed it and asked the guy that fitted them and he told James it was already like that, James told me the tire guy didnt fit them his mech fitted, all James said was it was my word against his, not happy the rims didnt have a mark on them 2013 BMW K1300S
    Not a very happy, no care attitude, dishonest employee, and dont bother telling me they f***** my wheel, well fuck guys, where do you find anyone that really takes pride in their work anymore,

    Took suit pants in and come back with a hole....refused to replace. The agent where I dropped the pants off to advised that he has even lost a $300 coat that she sent and has refused to replace.....hasnt heard the last from me yet!

    I took my car here on a saturday because my airconditioning wasnt working. Without looking at it they said that they could regas ($150) it but it might be the compressor ($800). I thought it seemed odd that they werent going to test anything or take a look. I decided to get it re-gassed. Sure enough after about a day my gas was gone and the air-con was broken again. I decided to take it to A. V. A. C. instead. I am so glad that I did. K. at A. A. actually investigated the problem and showed me that there were 2 leaks. He fixed them and re-gassed the air-con and its all good now. This is what Red Devil at Moss Street shouldve done in the first place. I would never go to Red Devil at Moss Street ever again. A. V. A. is way better.
